Mary is the picasso of pancakes. The kids usually request rocket ships and kitty cats. She more than delivers (her words) in her own abstract cubic way (my words). I tend to take the easy way out and just assemble them out of basic shapes and resort to decorating them with strawberry jam or chocolate and whipped cream to gain approval.
